Yumiko’s work is exquisite in beauty and is described having a peaceful quality. A passion for creating functional art ware, she creates each piece with care and utilizes the crystalline glaze that is applied. Fired at a high temperature, crystal like formations pool onto the surface creating an ethereal quality. Both decorative and functional each piece is made by hand and will slightly vary in colour, pattern, size, and weight.
