Description
Sonnihaus Studio emphasizes the importance on design and sustainability. Each product starts from scratch by observing ideas in written form. Then it is designed digitally through a software, and prototyped on the 3D printer. Many versions are made until the product is in perfect quality. The series of MAIA vases are named after the Greek name “mother.”
Care & Use: The inserts to hold flowers is not attached. Therefore remove for cleaning using soap and warm water.
Material: Corn-based bioplastic filament called PLA which is biodegradable or recyclable in specialized industrial facilities. Any scraps, prints that failed, or did not pass the test are collected and sent to a local 3D printing filament factory to be grinded up and used again for new filament spools.
