Description
Amy Roger’s ceramic vessels are the result of intuitively working with clay, a medium she was not formally trained in, but which has been the basis of her jewelry designs for many years. The vessels are hand built, and the fringed edges are intuitively sculpted to give a sense of movement to the static clay. They seem to dance and flow especially in a grouping, and on their own they have a breezy, playful state. These vessels are lovely with flowers in them and are animated objects without.
Care & Use: The fringe edges of these vessels are fragile and should be handled with care. They are water-tight and can hold flower arrangements, but please pay careful attention when filling them with water or washing.
