Janet Panabaker began her artistic life working with paints. However an interest in layering and depth led to experimentation with the translucent medium of glass. Over several years, she developed a personal aesthetic with her own frit layering process. This collection focuses on candies and sweet treats. This piece in particular is meant to resemble candy hearts, a popular sweet to give to a loved one.
