Description

Chris Sneden is interested in the use of imagery to tell stories. He is influenced by various different belief systems and by the natural world which surrounds him. He believes that the daily rituals that we conduct are an attempt to invoke feelings of comfort and stability, which is mixed with the sense of wonder and delight.

Care: Functional ware are dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe with the exception of gold luster pieces, which are not microwave safe and should be hand-washed.

About The Artist

Chris Snedden

Chris Snedden has been a potter for over 40 years in London, Ontario, Canada. He began his studies after high school at BealArt where he fell in love with the malleability of clay. Chris went on to study at Georgian College in Barrie and has since worked in almost every facet of the pottery business. Chris continues to produce his award winning work, and has inspired his students at local guilds, Lambton College in Sarnia and is currently teaching a series of online classes direct from his studio.
