Family Day at the Gardiner Museum. A parent and child work in a clay sculpture

Our new exhibition Savour: Food Culture in the Age of Enlightenment explores how French and English cooks in the 18th century were creating new flavours and dishes—like ice cream—that continue to influence us today. This Sunday, decorate a ceramic coaster with your own creative food combination.
