10:30 am: Refreshments, raffles, music, and a silent auction

Join the Gardiner Volunteer Committee for Joy of Ceramics, the Committee’s annual fundraising event in support of the Museum. Enjoy a delicious three-course luncheon, entertainment, a silent auction and raffle, and a rare opportunity to learn about four magnificent hidden treasures from the Museum’s vault.
Each year, the Committee invites some of the city’s leading cultural professionals and thinkers to give an intimate presentation following the luncheon. This year’s featured speaker is Marie Henein, one of the country’s foremost criminal lawyers. Named one of Canada’s 25 most influential lawyers by Canadian Lawyer Magazine, Ms. Henein’s presentation will touch on the necessity of the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements.
