Clay Activity: Make a Mask

Face mask, 300 BCE - 200 CE, Colima, Mexico, Gift of George and Helen Gardiner, G83.1.36

Join us this Sunday to make masks out of clay, inspired by this piece from the Mesoamerican section of our Ancient Americas collection. Remember, admission is free for visitors 18 and under!*

Clay demonstrations will take place at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.

*Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
