Centering with Clay
Tuesdays November 12 – December 4, 2024
6:00 – 8:00 pm
Guided by a registered psychotherapist, participants will explore a series of hand-building exercises rooted in the connection between clay and breath. Moving with the malleability of clay, learn how to breathe slower, relaxing into the core of the body and focusing on the present moment.
The emphasis will be on the process of working with clay. At the end of each workshop, the clay will be returned to its original form, letting go of what was created, ready to begin anew. This workshop welcomes participants of all skill and experience levels.
Class dates: November 12, 19, 26, December 4
