Centering with Clay
How do we nurture ourselves and one another? In this four-week workshop, we’ll explore a series of hand-building exercises rooted in the connection between clay and breath. Moving with the malleability of clay, we’ll learn how to breathe slower, relaxing into the core of our bodies and focusing on the present moment.
The emphasis will be on the process of working with clay, not being attached to the product we create. At the end of each workshop, we’ll return the clay to its original form, letting go of what was created, ready to begin anew.
This workshop welcomes everyone, whether this experience is new to you or you’re familiar with clay, breath, and presence.

Health & Safety
- All participants must show proof of full vaccination prior to attending your first class. You will be provided with additional instructions upon registration
- Our class sizes have been reduced and the distance between participants has been increased to allow for physical distancing
- Masks must be worn at all times in the studios
- A COVID-19 screening questionnaire must be filled out before each class
- Studios are sanitized between classes
- Hand sanitizer is available for your use
- There are no make-up classes. Please make sure the course you choose works with your schedule
